This Terms of Sale Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Trend Anatolia Home ("Seller", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("Buyer", "you", or "your") when you purchase products from our website trend-anatolia-home.myshopify.com.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors or product details will be accurate. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to the terms of any applicable promotion.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Turkish law. The arbitration shall take place in Turkey.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Trend Anatolia Home regarding the sale of products and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
