Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Trend Anatolia Home ("Seller") and the customer ("Buyer") in accordance with the Law on Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Article 1 - Parties

BUYER

The person who places an order through the website and whose information is provided during the order process.

Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer from the Seller's website.

Article 3 - Product/Service Information

The characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of the product/service subject to the contract are specified on the Seller's website and presented to the Buyer during the order process. The Buyer accepts that they have reviewed and approved all preliminary information regarding the product/service before placing the order.

Article 4 - Price and Payment Terms

All prices listed on the website are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT. The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount shown at checkout, which includes:

Product price
Shipping costs
Any applicable taxes

Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed before the order is processed.

Article 5 - Delivery Terms

Delivery Address: The address specified by the Buyer during the order process.
Delivery Method: Products will be delivered via cargo/courier service.
Delivery Time: Products are delivered within the timeframe specified on the website, typically 3-7 business days for domestic orders.
Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and paid by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

The Seller is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order. If the product cannot be delivered within the specified time, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller of their decision by email at office@trendanatolia.com or through the contact form on the website.

Conditions for Return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging
The product must not be damaged or altered
The product must be returned with all accessories and documents (if any)

Products Excluded from Right of Withdrawal:

In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Products prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs
Perishable products or products with expiration dates
Products that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons if opened after delivery
Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated
Digital content provided in non-material form if performance has begun with the Buyer's consent

Refund Process:

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Article 7 - Defective Products and Warranty

If the delivered product is defective or damaged, the Buyer should notify the Seller immediately. The Seller will replace the defective product or provide a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Article 8 - Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic, strikes, etc.) that prevent the fulfillment of obligations, the parties shall not be held responsible for non-performance or delayed performance of their obligations.

Article 9 - Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Turkey shall have jurisdiction, up to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade each year.

Article 10 - Personal Data Protection

The Buyer's personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for order fulfillment purposes.

Article 11 - Effectiveness of the Agreement

This Agreement becomes effective when the Buyer places an order through the website and makes payment. By completing the order, the Buyer accepts all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

BUYER'S DECLARATION: By placing an order on this website, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this Distance Sales Agreement.
